During production, critical dimensions and process parameters are monitored according to the applicable product requirements. Finished components undergo visual inspection and sampling inspection of selected key indicators. Depending on the product, inspection may include dimensional accuracy, density, porosity, compressive strength, thermal or electrical conductivity, friction, wear, or impregnation-related characteristics.
Each production batch can be associated with material and inspection information for shipment traceability.
